Release & Waiver of Liability

Please download, complete, and email the Release and Waiver of Liability form to info@ashvayoga.com before the event. If you prefer, you may print the form and bring it with you on the day of the event.

Important Event Information

A detailed event email will be sent 2–3 days before the event. This email contains important information you will need, including:

  • The event location and address
  • Arrival and parking instructions
  • What to bring
  • Final event details

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, full refunds are available until 1 week before the event. 50% refunds are available between 2 and 6 days prior to the event. Sorry, no refunds if canceled within 24 hours of the event.

In rare cases, an event may be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.
