Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, full refunds are available until 1 week before the event. 50% refunds are available between 2 and 6 days prior to the event. Sorry, no refunds if canceled within 24 hours of the event. In rare cases, a class may be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have signed up for the class in advance, you will be automatically notified via email, if the class gets cancelled.
Colorado Law
Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We collect information from you when you purchase a course or fill out a form. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to anyone. The personal information that you share with us is only used by MindCross Training.
How do we protect your credit card information from loss and theft?
For your online security, we use a 3rd party credit card processor, who uses encryption technologies when transferring and receiving payment data, including credit card information. Since we use 3rd party credit card processors to handle all financial transactions, we do not know or have access to your credit card information.
